- Not to be condescending, but if you don't know what a GPIB board is
- useful for, you most likely don't need one. It is primarily used as
- an instrument controller. Hewlett Packard produced a bunch of GPIB
- (HPIB) computer peripherals, but most have been superceded by better/
- cheaper peripherals for quite some time.

- On the other hand, if you really do have a GIPB device you want to
- control, I'd suggest you contact Ty Sarna <tsarna@fezzik.endicor.com>
- at Endicor technologies as they have a (beta) driver and FS handler
- for all of the ASDG GPIB boards.
